If you select Delivery and Set-Up from within your cart we will ensure all your rented items are delivered by us or one of our preferred delivery partners between 1 and 3 days before your rental starts.

You’ve just returned from your holiday, and the last thing you want to deal with is hidden fees or the stress of returning your rented equipment on time. That’s why, at BabyEase, we offer a complimentary 24-hour grace period after each rental.

We make returning your items simple and hassle-free. Before or during your rental, we’ll send you a prepaid postage label or QR code. Just package the items as they arrived, and either drop them off at your nearest collection point or opt for at-home collection for ultimate convenience.

Once your items are tracked as dropped off or collected, we’ll take care of the rest—no fuss, no stress.
